Hehe...assuming CAT stands for Certified Accounting Technician but then still love to call it meow meow. lol. I'm a July '07 intake student in Disted college. Also, first batch in the college. hmmm..proud of it.hahax.

However there still have several disadvantages. i'm the first batch, means that the coll just started to organize such CAT programme last year, July '07 .It don't have much experience in implementing this programme. 3/4 of my classmates kept mumbling and show dissatisfactions on the technique of the lecturers' teaching.hmm...probably it's quite true.But, i can see through the lecturers that they have tried their best to fulfill our needs.

One of the lecturer, who has a lot of experience in accounting firm, is very good in his job but he's not very good in teaching. One word, boring. =.=' However, he did try to change. I feel that he has improved a lot, could make me understand what he's trying to convey. Hope that frenz give him a chance again and try to accept him. =)

Another lecturer is 100% good in teaching. He's a manager of 'PUREEN' company. hehe. feel proud again.In the paper 8, implementing audit procedures.It's very tough to me b'coz it's a 'have-to-memorize' paper.Absolutely, the key points are easily to be forgotten.But he never give up.He would not.What a patient lecturer. glad to have such lecturer. ^^

i'll continue to study there for ACCA. ( hope can pass the CAT papers =P )
I believe that they will improve.We just have to give them a chance. Everyone have the first time.Need support as motivations.
